Dr. Wendy Picard received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a specialty in child and adolescent psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She received her master's degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Franklin and Marshall College. Her clinical internship in child and adolescent psychology was completed at Tufts University/New England Medical Center, and her adult training was at the Boston VA Medical Center.

Dr. Picard has been licensed in the state of Florida since 1992. Prior to this, she was licensed in the state of Massachusetts, where she worked for two years before moving to Florida. Dr. Picard’s professional experience includes:
